We ask our customers to not return damaged or defective items, as our return policy does not apply. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email customer service at inquiry@bolddisplaydesign.com

After excepting shipment, we will honor a 1 month warranty on all manufacture defects with replacement parts that will be shipped to you at no charge.
